Well, I have been OHPing till the cows come home but I still don’t have front delts. Yes, I have definitely gotten stronger and that’s great, but I would like to see at least a shadow of a delt :rofl:
I definitely lack a good MMC on them. The rear delts I feel fine, front not so much. I am thinking I need to do some BB type stuff to make themnget with the program

High incline (I do about 45° I think) press superset with front raises on the same bench setting.
