1 whey/casein RTD shake (had to pick some up from 7-11 as I’m out of powders)
1 scoop chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil (scraped into a shot glass and microwaved to turn into liquid)
1 tbsp pure cacao powder
~ 400 calories
About to have this before bed…
