I’ve been lurking, reading and sending nudes to people’s inboxes since the early 2000’s but never started my own log. That’s about to change. Making a log that is.
Current phase Is exclusively max strength where I’m using primarily singles and doubles.
I’ve been having some issues with my left vagina for the past few years so squatting is dependent on the severity of the irritation on the day.
Obviously haven’t really been able to progress much due to this.
Funny thing though is that I train jiu jitsu/wrestling some 30 hours a week and never experience any discomfort.
Day 4
BB back squat
12 Sinlges: 60
5 Doubles: 60
2 Max rep sets: 40kg x 5 x 2
Box/seated vertical press, behind the neck
12 Sinlges: 50kg - 52.5 - 50 (alternating all 12 reps)
5 doubles: 47.5kg
2 max rep sets: 40 x 9 - 40 x 7
Standing lateral neck flexion w/harness

I see what you’re saying but there’s not much to comment on to be honest. Spartan logging for one and the lift’s aren’t really impressive in any way.
Used to be pretty strong though and was pretty close to closing in a world record pull up back in 2017 - Those kind of lifts would attract some attention i guess but that’s not the purpose on this log here. Been thinking of going for the record again but can’t decide I want to attempt to climb that latter again but we’ll see.
