Hey Cam, I was just going through the old print-outs I have of various forum threads and found a copy of the Cam Birtwell “Picture Post”. I bring this up because I know that you are involved in rugby nearly year round (or were at the time of the post). I plan to start practicing Brazilian Jui Jitsu again after a couple year haidus but do not want to sacrifice any muscle mass. Are you still using a full-body regimine 2-3x a week? I tend to get overtrained extremely easily and will be training in BJJ about twice a week. Any suggestions you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks. Lata.
