I’m another one who’s for having eaten enough in the day before training.
Even if I train in the early afternoon; then I follow much of what DG does…a few breakfasts, rest…SPIKE! and workout.
Keep up the great work man!

also when are you gonna compete dood??
that back shot is sick. I know you’ve had it up for a while but you could do some damage. Aren’t you still 19 too or am I mistaken?
DG
i was thinking about competeing but im not confident in my legs just yet. once i grow out of this new pair of pants i picked up the other day i might think about it again lol. that and im at school where managing a diet is very difficult, so maybe after april. yes i will be 19 until june.
sushi? really? that sounds great, ill have to give it a shot.[/quote]
dood compete definitely before you turn 20. you will probably win the teen class…actually I’d say your chances are better than ‘probably’ I competed as my last show as a teen as a lean 188-190lbs and was considered one of the bigger guys, even at 6 feet tall. lol
230 would blow people out of the water.
Win a trophy and get a little buzz going for yourself, then take some time off and bring up the legs. lol
Good luck and happy training man…no matter what time of day lol jk
