The Best Protein & Fat Shake!

This is one of the best and healthiest ‘fat & protein’ shakes I’ve ever made. The best thing about it is that although it contains vegetables and savoury ingredients, the combination creates a thick, sweet shake. Anyone put off by the ingredients should give this a go because it tastes amazing! I havent tried this shake with protein powder yet.

Juice of 2 lemons
1 lime peeled
1/2 cucumber
1 avocado
1/2 can organic cocunut milk
1 Teaspoon flax oil
4 Egg Whites
Stevia powder

If anyone can beat this, let me know!

That looks good but seems too demanding i will stick to PB and protein powders.
