I World actually love a list with substituts, so you could run some kind og mesocycle
Honestly if you understand the principle behind the program you will see that the key isn't so much which exercises you chose, but HOW you do your sets. So you can change the exercises for similar ones as long as you keep using the training methods and respecting the volume
