The Best Damn Workout for Natural Lifters is the best work out ever for me and thank you for this great workout
also i hope you continue create new versions for natural lifter as continually
my question is can i make alternative a free weight exercise with machine ?
example. front squat bar with front squat machine or incline dumbbell or bar bench press with incline chest press machine , Military Press with shoulder press machine etc
because some exercise i feel better with machine and i feel more with muscle.
and can do that with all version of best damn workout 1 ,2 and strength ?
