Schedule a tad wonky with flipping to third shift for only one week, then on vacation, and then back to second shift. Lifting during peak hours. Fortunately didn’t have any competition for the deadlift platforms. But needed to use calibrated plates because so many of the iron ones were in use.

Got to see someone squat 675 like air, so that was cool.

For the 9 sets at 330, I did a ROM pyramid. There are 8 mats for adjusting pull height. So I did I 1 set at “regular height”, then for each subsequent set added 1 mat. More for novelty than anything, just need to get some work in.
