I am 6 feet tall and 160lbs. I want to put on at least 15lbs and asess myself from there. I have a few questions that I cant seem to grasp.
I have always been in great shape, but due to a hamstring injury I have been out of shape for a few months now. I have been following a lifting routine for about a month now, and have definately gotten a bit bigger. I have been eating like crazy (healthy foods mind you, no junk) and getting plenty of sleep. The problem is, I am starting to get a small, but almost noticible gut. If i keep lifting and bulking, I feel that I wont be toned. But when I am able to run again, wont that bring me right back down in weight again?
How do I gain weight and muscle while staying toned?
