INCLINE BENCH- paused
BLOCK DEADS- 4" blocks
Easy day, hardest thing was that strict curl set for restpause.
After 2 weeks off work, I planned it this way as I knew I’d be walking right back into 13-15 hr days. It will be easy to ramp up a bit after this 3 week run. Plus I should be starting my new work schedule soon.
