O.k last week was an introduction of light 5x5 to my body week…now we start the ascent.
Got a good dynamic warmup in n some b.w squats before hand…

After my 1st 3 weeks I will adress the lack of pulls in this program. I think weighted chins fit nicely here. Well see.
One other thought is how close light squat day is after today’s heavy. It seems a bit soon at wednesday…and then a long gap till Monday again… which I think may cause more soreness than necessary. … I could be wrong…
