Whenever anyone at a popular site discusses strength training, I go into it thinking they don't have a clue ast to what they are talking about. Imagine my surprise when I read an article at "The Art of Manliness" that hit the nail on the head. They were discussing do-it-yourself home gyms and the equipment needed to stock them. No treadmills, no stationary bikes, etc. Instead they were advocating things like the slosh pipe, tractor tires, sandbags, and pulling sleds. Pretty good recommendations. Check it out.
