  1. Need a pre-workout kick up the ass?
    Caffeine tablets (4-600mg) + MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) powder x2 tsp and electrolyte tablets - who needs carbs.

  2. Are you female and craving ice cream?
    Nice vanilla protein powder + 100ml double cream
    mmmmm

  3. Sweet tooth?
    90% Cocoa chocolate, only 10g of carbs per 100g

Cheap substitute for coconut oil. Seriously though just use coconut oil.

+1 on coconut oil. It has many other uses besides just eating.

it’s not a ‘substitute’ when you consume £10 of coconut oil every week.
Think of MCT as an instantly useable source of fat energy for when you need that little bit extra - like I said in my post
