So I’m 17, summer is coming up real fast. So naturally, I went on a bit of a cut, but I still do strength training to make sure my muscle doesn’t go away with the fat. I’m at about roughly 11-12% body fat (this is not a concrete number, just by observation), and im down to a pinch of fat around my waist and on my stomach. Just one pinch left. So, I was wondering what the most effective method would be to lose that last pinch as quickly as possible while maintaining muscle?

Re diet: at your age keep calories up to support hard training(and also still growing), just eat clean and high protein and have zero sugary crap/sodas
