I never post on boards but I wanted to say thanks. Thanks for developing a simple effective program. I am 42 life long soccer player. My philosophy has always been to be too strong for the fast guys and too fast for the strong guys. Having taken a break in my thirties for young kids, I returned too the game. 531 has made my strength training a worth while investment. I feel like I am too strong for the strong guys at this point…and the fast guys are just f*******!
As a side note I am professionally a special education teacher and dude I gotta say I have nothing on you. I read these boards and marvel at your ability to answer the same questions over and over again.
