Just wanted to pay the respect where it's due. I personally appreciate the time you've taken to help me on my way with your program. Currently on my 8th cycle without having to reset my TM's. Started with quarter squatting a measly 250 for 3 reps and just recently hit 315 for a solid triple, and 360 for a single. The 360 single was a goal for my 13th cycle but the program has allowed me to progress faster than I thought I could. Beat my goal for my cycle 13 deadlift by 15 pounds and my bench is catching up quick too.
