To all the guys that gave me advice last week on my stalled deadlift, thank you very much! Trained deadlift today for the first time using low reps and amazed myself with a pull of 150kg for 3 reps and a final effort of 170kg for one!
Have to say that this was without a doubt the best workout of my life.
Deadlift has just gone from being a massive pain in the arse to my favourite exercise!
If only i could do it every workout
