I am curious about something the OP wrote: Curls help the elbows
Does anybody have any experience (or thoughts) on this? Are low-weight, high-rep curls really beneficial for elbow health?

I do 100 rep curls with an empty axle (about 25lbs) and 2x15-20 hammer curls with a 3 second eccentric purely for elbow health. It helps IMO

Thank you for your feedback. This is really interesting, have never considered curls in this light before. (Have always done 'em as heavy as I could for reps of 6-10).

Hmm… will probably try to incorporate some restorative curls going forward.
