Thank You Jim, My First PL Meet and First Win

So I just wanted to say thanks for the program, I followed 5/3/1 for 1 full wave "Thinking it might be to light, but I posted PRs in all lifts

120+KGs division

315lbs squat
385lbs bench
475lbs deads

what a way to start the sport, next meet is in September, and I cannot tell you the difference in motivation it makes to ACTUaLLY get on the platform.
