Thank You for Your Exercise Recommendations

I did two exercises you recommended the PJR pullover and the full raise. I did the PJR with an ez bar and fat gripz and it was the first time the long head of my triceps were really sore. I also did the full raise with a straight bar and a snatch grip. Its a great exercise. So ty. :slight_smile:
