Thank You For Today’s Article, "Slow Down, Get Huge"

Thanks. I was always taught until you learn proper form, do body weight, and gradually increase weight but slowly because you have to “train” muscle for form. Now I have an article that explains it all, and helps my efforts in advice to some friends who grab heavy weights to make others think they are stronger but have ghastly form. “Quality” not “quantity” is one of those things that’s been hammered into skull.

Yup! I took someone through a training session last night that didn’t realize they were not actually training the muscle, but the movements. And that’s ok if you’re trying to get great at a movement. But if you’re trying to hone in on building certain musculature then you have to actually develop that mind to muscle connection.
