I can't even remember the title of the article, but like you am not a huge fan of cardio. In the article you mentioned that you would do a period of work and then an exercise to keep from getting bored. I have implemented that the last 3 weeks, while not changing my diet, if anything, I have increased calories. I do a bout of conditioning and then a set of abs/band pull aparts(takes about 1 to 1:30 minutes) then do another round, typically 8-10 rounds of this, and I enjoy it. I am losing fat around my middle faster than I ever have in my life. Really want to thank you!!!!!
