I wanted to drop a line and say thank you for your work. I went from the peak of training performance in 2009 to involuntarily taking a year off. Of course, lots of strength and size was lost. I jumped back in about 5 weeks ago and chose to use your "Off-Season Football Program" as the foundation of my ingress into training.
