Texas Method or Starting Strength

I am debating whether to do Texas Method or Starting Strength.
I am 18, 165-170 lbs.
Bench- 1RM 195
Squat- 5RM 225
Deadlift- Havent done in a while but i’d say 275x3?
Military Press- 1RM 135

Which would be more effective with my stats?

Rippetoe advises to stick with S.S “…for as long as it delivered consistent, significant results”.

Texas method is for intermediate to advanced lifters.

If you haven’t been following a strength training template start off with S.S and see how your lifts progress.
