Has anyone read the book “The Testosterone Advantage Plan”. It’s some diet/excercise plane that Mens Health is pushing. Anyone think it’s woth reading?
I thumb through Men’s Health occasionally and read the article they had on it. It looks like a great book for the uninitiated, but better, more advanced info on diet and training can definitely be found right here.
I read the book and like it. I believe that it is best for people new to lifting, those stuck in a rut, someone looking for a change and those who need a plan (training and meals) laid out for them. I recommend it.
