The article is great and complete enough to design a program but you are the expert. So, now that i have the opportunity to ask…hehe

What routine would you use in an intermediate guy when following the goal of naturally maximizing the testosterone levels?

I now believe that planning a training program based on the hormonal responses it will provide is just not effective. Don’t worry about such details! If you are training to gain strength on big movements and follow a program nutritional regimen, and train for no longer than 75 min. a a time you will get all the benefits you need.
