Testosterone Reducing Foods

I just recently read an article on soy. Since I’m lactose intolerant, Ive been drinking about 4 cups of soy milk a day :frowning:
Just wondering what other foods should be avoided due to their effect on testosterone. Thanks for the help guys.

Flax seeds are also very high in phytoestrogens. But then again, some say that the lignans bind to estrogens and actually raise test levels (I remember reading this in a poliquin article).

Peanuts carry an estrogen-like mold.

Make sure you get plenty of fats, avoid soy, go easy on flax and peanuts…

If anyone can clear up whether flax seed promotes test levels or not it would be much appriciated. Thanks.

It’s such a pointless thing to worry about. Just eat.

Switch to a lactose free milk, like Lactaid. It comes in the same % fat content as regular milk. Lactaid also makes a supplement you can use to digest the lactose, so you can eat dairy products without the distress of shitting your brains out.
