I do have experience injecting just not myself and not so thick substances. I followed proper procedures besides doing my right delt and freaking out on how hard it was to push down so I wiped my left and did it there because my right hand is stronger. I don’t aspirate though.
It barely shows on ibuprofen, a picture wouldn’t help, now the muscle insertion just feels stiff and the area a little warmer. I already stopped the ibuprofen and I’ll se how that feels in a couple hours
I just did my right glute this morning and it went way smoother, put the syringe inside a ziploc under really hot water for a min and massaged gently after pinning. Last time by now I was already hurting on a level above just annoying. Now I don’t feel it yet.

My granma pins me since I live in her house and work out in the basement with old water jugs I fill with concrete. The cats watch but it’s not as fun as yours sound.
