Testosterone Blood Test Result

I just got my resultt blood test for testosterone, bioaivalble test and shbg. Im a 19 years old guy who experience low energy and low libido. Could the result be the cause? It look live I have very low bioavaible test( or free test I dont know the difference).

testosterone total 16.08 ref range: 8.69 - 29
testo bioaivaible 8.4 ref range: 6.0 - 22
shbg 25.8 ref range : 14.4 - 48.4

what ya think about that? You think the low free test could be the cause of low energy, low sex drive , etc?
