Hello,

i have all the classic signs most prominent is brain fog and fatigue. and sex drive has taken a bit of a dip.
But about me i’m 33 years old. i’m 5’6 160 pounds.

Total Test : 365 ng/dL range = +240 ( that’s all it says)
Free Test : 100.2 pg/mL range = 59.0 - 166.0 pg/mL
LH: 2.7 mIU/mL standard range = 1.0 - 12.0 mIU/mL
FSH::2.6 mIU/mL stadard range = 1.4 - 18.1 mIU/mL

I hope this is enough information for you guys any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

TT and FT do not make you an automatic TRT case.

Some docs will treat you, but harder to find.

Many who come here also have low thyroid function which has most of the same symptoms as low-T and thus doubling up on misery index. Please see last paragraph in this post to self-eval.

Other labs you need:
E2 - estradiol
prolactin
CBC
hematocrit
fasting cholesterol - can be too low
fasting glucose

Please read the stickies found here: About the T Replacement Category - #2 by KSman

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
