has anyone actually got good results from taking test p for just a month? ive heard of people doing it just bc they are on a steroid vacation like in thailand.
test p- 4 weeks at 100-200mg every day
is this just dumb and a waste of time or is it just me and me giving them a hard time and bad advice and me looking like the dumb ass???

is this your one and only cycle of T?
give some other parameters about yourself and your training.
i weigh 198, have been training for over 10 years , 29 years old
bench- 375
squat- 495
deadlift- 565
these lifts are raw
have done 2 cycles just test
first one was just a 6 week trial run to see how i would react to test— test e at 500/w
second one was about 500-700 a week and with a lil bit of EQ
but i was just wondering if i was good for telling my buddy he was an idiot for doing that cycle or am i the idiot?
everyone responds differently, but if you have your diet set where it should be and have been lifting that long, a short four week cycle will give pretty decent results at that dose.
