Hey guys, first time poster, long time lurker.
My background: 3rd cycle (first was test e + dbol, second was test e + deca). Had gyno since puberty, and had surgery to have it removed last summer after my second cycle.
I am looking for advice on how to prepare for my third cycle with an emphasis on preventing gyno
Right now I am considering:
wk1-12: testE 500mg/wk
wk1-8:trenA 50mg/EOD
Debating on what kind of AI’s to use.
I’m open to adding or changing this routine based on the advice I receive

You’re 5’10, 180 lbs, 15% bodyfat. After 2 steroid cycles. You’ve made some devastating mistakes to get where you are right now. That kind of progress is deplorable. You’re not even close to the point where it would make sense for you to be running tren.
Instead of ‘running cycles emphasizing gyno prevention’, you should be learning to train and eat properly, so that maybe, one day, you’ll actually get something out of the steroids you’re taking.
I appreciate the advice Flip! I will take it into consideration. But I would still appreciate my question answered so I can gain knowledge on the matter before I am ready to start
