I am 6’1, 220, and 13% bf. I consider myself to be an advanced lifter. I train more to be an athlete rather than a bodybuilder. I am trying Test E for the 1st time and am curious to what yall recommend on the dosage and lifting plan to build lean muscle and not gain alto in the midsection. Thanks in advance.
Without knowing anything else about you. I would start with 500mg of test a week, split into two doses of 250 mg. Make sure you have an AI on hand to prevent Test >Estrogen conversion.
