Test E/Dbol Cycle - Diet Check

Hey guys, this will be my first cycle so i decided to run Test E and Dbol.

1-10 weeks Test E - 500mg / week E4D
1-6 weeks Dbol - 30mg / ED

PCT:
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

Also, i would like to get my bulking diet checked for any improvement and criticism, i have my diet split into 2 parts, food on training day and food on non-training day:

Training days:

Breakfast:
6 whole eggs

Snack:
100g chicken breast
400g potatoes

Lunch:
150g chicken breast
300g potatoes

Pre-workout meal:
40g puffed rice
1 scoop of protein

After training:
Immediately 10g BCAA,10G Glutamine, 40g Vitargo
20 min after 1 scoop protein,40g puffed rice

Post-workout meal:
4 whole eggs
5 rice cakes

Dinner:
165g lean beef

Dinner 2 before bed:
Casein or cottage cheese

Carbs: around 200g
Protein: around 170g
Fats: around 70-80

Non-training days:
Breakfast:
150g oats
2 eggs
1 Scoop of protein
Little bit of milk, mix it and make protein pancakes

Snack:
100g chicken breast
120g white rice

Lunch:
150g chicken breast
120g white rice

Snack 2:
5 whole eggs
5 rice cakes

Dinner:
165g lean beef

Dinner before bed:
Casein or cottage cheese

Carbs: 380-400g
Protein: around 150-160g

Is it better to go constant carbs or switch training and non-training days?

How much do you weigh? Judging from the cycle I would assume you are trying to put on some muscle. 150-160g of protein is pretty low…
What are you fats at?
I would leave the carbs constant.
I was 182 when I started bulking a couple months ago and my numbers are 400c 262p 70f
Everybody is different with what works for them but this gives you and example of bulking numbers for someone who weighs 180.

thanks for the heads up ! will definitely go constant carbs and up it waaay more than I have it right now!

also, about the veggies, I will throw in some asparagus, spinach, tomatoes. I will post the diet later when I get it sorted and tweaked a lil bit!

tweaked it up a lil bit:

Stats:
age: 23 yo
weight: 95 - 96 kg
height: 195 cm
lifting experience: 5 years
accomplished goals: went from 140kg to 88, now im on 96, would like to bulk properly
i am endomorphic type of body

Now to my diet:

Breakfast:
6 whole eggs
150g oats
fat free yoghurt

Snack:
500g baked potatoes, skin, salt, baked in oven
100g chicken breast

Lunch:
500g baked potatoes, skin, salt, baked in oven
150g chicken breast

pre-workout:
40g puffed rice
1 scoop of protein
coffee

post workout:
10g BCAA, Glutamine
70g of maltodextrin
1 scoop of protein

post workout meal:
120g rice
165g lean beef (15% fat)

dinner:
4 whole eggs
5 rice cakes

bedtime:
250g cottage cheese lowfat (1%)

470g carbs
302g protein
112g fat
around 3900 - 4000 calories
