Test E Cycle - Letrozole Dosage

Gentlemen,

I am very close to my target of around 15% body fat (currently around 19%, down from, probably 30%). I am preparing to run a Test E cycle as follows:

Stats – age 34, weight 95kg, training more than 10 years, with strength and power as goal, never aesthetics and I lost myself – 30 % body fat last year :slightly_smiling: (I have an earlier post that gives details).

I will start only when I reach 15% or maybe a bit lower. Goal is to get around 10% or lower and retain or slightly increase the strength. I am also doing MMA, but for the coming 2 – 3 months I will reduce it to 1 or 2 times per week, focusing on the weights.

Week -1 = 0.3125 mg Letro per day, 7 days
Week 0 = 0.3125 mg Letro per day, 7 days

Week 1 = 0.625 mg Letro per day, 7 days
500mg Test E on Monday; 500mg Test E on Thursday – Frontloading

What do you think about the Letro dosage? I am using Letro as I get it from a pharmacy.

I did 2 blood tests in the past 6 months. On the first my Test levels were slightly above the high mark of the range and my Estradiol was also slightly above the high mark of the range :slightly_smiling: . No free test was done. I contribute this to my high body fat percentage (the fat is mainly on my torso – belly and chest).

My most recent test was done in January – Total Test was 19.21 nmol/L (range 8.64 – 29.00), but the Free Test was in the hypogonadism range – 0.280 nmol/L (range 0.198 – 0.619).
This is probably explained with the high SHBG, slightly on top of the highest mark of the range (57.7 nmol/L, range 18.3 – 54.1).
My Estradiol was not taken (I asked for it, but they forgot it :slightly_smiling: ). I am quite sure that it is high as I feel tired, difficult to concentrate, etc. the classical symptoms.

Before starting the cycle I will run another blood test which will include thyroid. I will also dig a bit deeper in this as there may be something serious going on. I should mention that I am under heavy stress at work (the nature of the job).

I will appreciate your thoughts.

letro is a nightmare unless your dosages are pretty high.

I know you’re getting it free but I’d see about getting a different AI

Thanks for the reply.
I may be able to get Aromasin which I consider using 25mg ED. My source is also stocking Arimidex in the near future, of which 0.5 mg ED should be good.
I will do a blood work, probably close to the end of the second week to see what is the Estradiol level and adjust accordingly.

it’s just too strong to dose properly unless you’re running quite a high dose of aromatising compounds.

If you have liquid stuff then it’s ok (not that I’d ever use a research chem AI) but trying to split up those little pills is a pain in the arse.

Adex or aromasin is the more user friendly choice if you can get it. Not that letro won’t get the job done, but there’s a high chance of creaky joints and wobbly boners in your future

why wouldn’t you use a research chem AI? just worried about proper dosing?

Had some pretty shit research chems in the past so I’m just not into it anymore.

I know that loads of people use them and do great with them, but I can get pharm grade ancillaries pretty easily so I just stick to those.

EDIT: to clarify, I got some caber that turned out to be cialis. It was from a site that was, at the time, very reputable

I am wondering if the vodka/alcohol dissolving method will not be a good way to fine tune a bit the letro dosage…?

Anyone experimented with that?

Can you dissolve letro in Alcohol?

I thought the adex was very easy to get hold of so why do this? If you only have 1 source then maybe wait for them to get it or go with the aromasin.

you can buy it in solution from research companies so I suppose it must dissolve in something.

You could crush it up into lines like it was cocaine and put the powder under your tongue I suppose.

I was just curious about the the possibility to dissolve Letro and if someone had experience doing it.
I still have time until I hit my body fat percentage, before the cycle, so i will look around for Adex or Aromasin.

Hey man,

I have been able to dissolve Letro in Alcohol. 2.5 ml for one Femara pill. Letro comes as Femara 2.5 mg pills. then you can dispense with a drop.

Since Letro is very strong. you may want to increase the amount of alcohol to 5 ml / 2.5mg. this will give you only 0.5 mg/ml . you can count how many drops are there in 1 ml and hence control your dose.

I think it will be try and error kind of a thing, until you are able to tell which dose works best for you.
