Test E 250mg + Dbol

hey guys this is my first cycle on test e and dbol
i am 1 week in pinning in glute on a wednesday and saturday and taking 4 dbol oral day i have been taking liver support for the past 2months, my diet is very good eating every 2 hours 4am,6,8,10,12,2,4,6,8

I'm taking evolve cargo protein , evolve creatine mononhydrate, p2p intra workout during training, plenty of bcaa's and caseine before bed, 12000mg fish oil a day and multi vitamins
im not a huge fella , and am looking to gain size and i know it doesn't happen overnight.

i am training 6days a week sometimes with a p/t
if anyone can help me with advice that would be very helpful.
im not to sure how long to take the dbol for and do i need anything with the dbol?
i also got some pct i can only understand i of the two packets 1 is clomefine citrate 50mg, the other not to sure any advice would be veryyy helpful

Neither does planning for your first AAS cycle. Or any cycle unless you’ve previously done your homework.

i don’t know a great deal thats why i am asking for plenty of advice ,

I’m sure you’s all started somewhere aswell ?

can somebody point me in the right direction for a plan on what to do ?
if i need to get products thats no problems , just would love the advice thanks

Well instead of just injecting myself with shit and not know anything about it I did research for about 5 years before doing my first cycle

Dude, listen up. I will be the nicest I can be.

But spend a good year or two on this forum WITHOUT POSTING SHIT. Just read. It is all here. The only typing you should be doing in regards to AAS is in the search bar. I have had my account since 2013 and only recently started giving my input.

Doesn’t even seem like you really have a goal in mind. Your supplements are shit, your diet sucks unless you trying to gain 50lbs (60-70% of it being water and fat w/ an every 2hr intake)

Just read. Stickies, other beginners posts etc.

Good luck. And throw those bathtub packets away ASAP before you and your family get EBOLA
