I've been reading on here for a while now and wanted to post my first cycle.
I'm 26 and a powerlifter. My bests lifts at 198 are a 675 squat, 475 bench and 600 deadlift (wearing double ply gear). I'm currently at 215 BW 5'10".
Ten week Cycle:
WK 1-10 Test Cyp: 500mg/wk (250 on Sun and Wed)
WK 1-8 Deca: 150mg/wk (on Sun)
WK 1-12 Adex: .25EOD for weeks 1-12 taper @ end
I have some bromo and will start if necessary.
I decided to add the deca for the benefits to my joints as I will be lifting heavy. A couple of questions:
Do you think that 150mg of Deca will be sufficient for noticeable joint benefits.
Do you think my PCT is sufficient?
