What’s your training look like right now?

I wish i could type out some impressive uber-designed program but sorry i cant honestly? i go by how i feel. i train Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and most the time on sat mornings ill get anxious and go run outside or something but being as your in ohio too you prob know we have like 6-7 in of the white stuff right now so thats kinda hard to do.

I mainly go for the major muscle groups to start then incorporate different lifts, my one vice is i do deadlifts two times a week i cant help it, i love them HAHA. i train Pretty much my entire upper body mon. Tues will be legs, thurs i do things like forearms, try and hit all the deltoids, some core work to get some hawt abz ha!, traps etc… then friday is dedicated back day. Like i said if a muscle feels particularly good that day then fuck it im training it. Mind you this is while “on”
