Test Cyp and EQ cycle

i am 33 yrs old at 190lbs at 8% fat. ive been training for about 7 years and i have done a few half ass cycles of test cyp/tren E, and sust/deca.

i would like to bump up my weight to about 210-220 this cycle.
i maintain a clean diet right now of about 2400cal,250pro,300carb,40fat. give or take a few in each area.
Based on this info i really could use some help on setting up my cycle. I have my food prep handled just need some info on proper Dosage for cycle including Nolva/clomid/hcg/cav or whats best for pct.

From what I’ve read no one is going to do the legwork for you. You gotta do your research come up with a plan , post that cycle and then someone will provide input.

I’m curious as to what a ‘half ass cycle’ of test/tren means.

And agree with Hudson. You want us to do everything for you? What doses have you run in the past? How long do you want to run the cycle? why did you think your macro breakdown was worth mentioning, but not any of these things?

I also doubt that you’ll reach a 220 bodyweight eating 2400 calories… hope you plan to raise that.

U’ll never reach 220lbs eating this low calorie diet. I’m already eating around 4000/ 4500k to mantain 206lbs, with 7%.

Post your cycle man, EQ will give you better density and vascularity with slow gains… I love EQ as Tren, Tren is magical, but EQ is very good drug, really good drug.

700/900 is good range for EQ… but we don’t know nothing about your previous cycles, impossible to help you with this lack of info.

Yeah… If he’s never run EQ before I wouldn’t run it at 700-900. Only up the dosages as you need to, start low and work your way up.

I got plenty of benefit running 500 in my first cycle using EQ.

First thing you need to do is get your diet better, it might be clean but your fats are too low to maintain proper natural testosterone levels and overall health. How tall are you? Give us an idea of your strength levels? Are you past your natural abilities with your previous cycles? 30Lbs isn’t likely, especially with past cycling experience. What were your gains and what have you kept? How was your recovery with the past cycles?
