i am 33 yrs old at 190lbs at 8% fat. ive been training for about 7 years and i have done a few half ass cycles of test cyp/tren E, and sust/deca.
i would like to bump up my weight to about 210-220 this cycle.
i maintain a clean diet right now of about 2400cal,250pro,300carb,40fat. give or take a few in each area.
Based on this info i really could use some help on setting up my cycle. I have my food prep handled just need some info on proper Dosage for cycle including Nolva/clomid/hcg/cav or whats best for pct.
