Tennis Elbow or Injury from Front Squat?

I have just got back into lifting recently for like 2 months now . I was going preety hard the whole time doing one day upper body loading days and then one day lower body loading days and then doing the same thing the next two days unloading with lighter weights and higher reps .

The other day i tried a front squat for the first time with 195 lbs not a lot of weight for me for the back squat so i went for it on the front squat went down for the squat and come back up feeling like i had broke my wrists i massaged them and ended the session now my elbow is killing me possible injury from not stretching my forearm enough or tennis elbow ?
