Well i havent been working out for long this is only my third month but the problem ive noticed recently is when i extend my arms it tightens up right at the beginning of my bicep or tricep ? is this a tendonitis symptom? if it is what should i do.


yeah there is pain involved , its not a major pain but it does bother what i do is bring my arm back and then extend it again or i just stretch it out but what i want to know is if this is going 2 mess up my training in any way
