I was doing ME bench today and my tendonitis that is in my elbow was shooting up to the back of my shoulder and felt like it was in my rotater cuf. On the way down from lift off about 1/2 way it hurt then just got numb so the weight dropped anyone else have this problem ?
well, you really shouldn’t have done an ME workout if you were feeling extreme discomfort with tendonitis!
you need to be disciplined and know that rest is required. take ibuprofen, rest the elbow, ice it, and get some elbow wraps/straps/support.
i had tendonitis before, but it went away and i ditched bullshit exercises that aggravated the elbow <i.e. skull crushers>.
