Tendinitis/Soreness in Arm

Hello I am new to T-Nation And wanted to get some help from so called “professional people” with experience amd knowledge. I’m currently and have been struggling for the past 8 months with a tendinitis issue or strain or whatever in the brachioradialis/outer elbow region this started at work from a repetitive constant motion of grabbing bottles with a over hand position and extended through time. I’ve switched from grabbing to stacking boxes and kept rotating positions but pain keeps coming back even when I switch and not grabbing bottles for 6 plus hours I stretch it or warm it up too . basically to keep a long story short it’s a overuse injury so I’m wondering if theirs something i can do for this so I don’t have to quit (though I’d like to tbh) thank you btw I also like to BMX and it’s almost impossible to do both since after a session arms flare up and they get extremely sore and hard to raise I don’t think this is DOMS
