I've been having alot of problems with my wrists and hands latly. I have very limited flexion in my wrists and sharp pains when pressure is placed on the palm of my index finger joint. I'm not sure if this is caused by my job which entails alot of heavy lifting of akward materials or if it's related to my weightligting. Most likly a combination of both. Regardless this is not only making my job difficult but it's making benching, overhead press, pushups and most any upperbody pressing movements extremly painful. I've yet to see a doctor but my sister is a RN and she said it sounds like it could be Tendonitis and the best thing to do is rest them as much as possible.
Anyone have similar problems? Any ideas on upperbody pressing movements I could do that might place less stress on my hands and wrists?
