Temporary Foot Pain Associated with Clean & Jerks?

Sometimes I experience some foot pain on the bottom of my feet after clean and jerks. Usually when doing higher reps with light weight. I wear oly shoes and have good form. The “pain” is more of a discomfort and tends to go away within 5-10 mins by walking it off or rolling it out with a lacrosse ball.

Just curious if anyone else experiences this or has any ideas as to what causes it.

How far do your feet get off the ground, if at all?

At lighter weight, my feet do leave the ground, more-so when power cleaning…how much though, I’m not sure. I’ll pay attention to it next time.
