I'm currently on Lonnie's temporal nutrition diet, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. Easy to follow and very efficient at improving body composition.
But there's one thing I hope you can help me with: I often split up my daily workout into short AM and PM sessions (both about 30 mins). How should I adjust the schedule?
Maybe a post-workout meal with some simple carbs (not too many as the workout is quite short and not that draining) after the PM workout, and otherwise keep the basic setup of P&C in the morning, P&F after lunch?
Any advice is appreciated.
