Pour hydrogen peroxide onto your toothbrush like your rinsing it in the stuff

Rinsing with Peroxide can cause chemical burns and even tooth sensitivity.
Honestly, considering what I see on a regular basis, anyone here not seeing a dentist at least yearly shouldn’t even attempt their own bleaching without at least knowing their current oral condition.
If there is any product I would recommend for home use it is the Crest Whitening Strips. They are pretty difficult to screw up and the bleach isn’t spread throughout the entire mouth.
Obviously I think trays or in house bleaching are the ways to go with other methods used to maintain the color.
