Holy fuck you guys are all so strong I’m jealous. Almost been training for two years and I don’t know my maxes at the current moment but in the summer I’m going for 550/300/550 @242 and in wraps. I know it’s pretty shit but I enjoy it

Best as a teen?
Around my 19th birthday
155 body weight
365 bench
525 dl
570 squat

All weight in pounds.

When I was 19, at 165 lbs I hit

405/225/?

Unknown on deadlift cause we never did them. This was in 80’s when all our training was derived from Flex and Muscle and Fitness.

I turn 49 this year, and after 27 years away from the gym, I am now stronger and heavier (210)

Congrats on getting back to the gym after 27 years man

Thanks prilepin.

I wish I never left, but I try not to have regrets. It’s just a lot harder to find motivation and make gains when you’re over 40. But with that said I’m at my strongest (last competition June 2016 I hit 440/265/529) and feel and look better than I did from age 35 on.

Thinking about this I’ve come to realize that I was lifting for different reasons back in the day. Then it was about self confidence and chasing tail. Now it’s more internally motivated. Well, that and chasing tail. LOL.

I was wondering where I compare to all the other teen power lifters.
I’m 16 years old 6’2" 250lbs
deadlift 500lbs
Squat 455 lbs
Bench 315 lbs
For Deadlift and squat I use knee wraps other than that it’s raw.
If some one could help inform me where I’m ranking in the teen powerlifting world it would be much appreciated
