I weigh about 169 and just maxed for all of these this week.
When I was 15, I squatted 325lbsx6, in the link above.
Currently, at 16, my squat is lower (310lbsx6) but my form is slightly better thanks to improving hip and ankle mobility and getting some good Olympic shoes!
My weight is 170-180lbs both then and now… 6’1".
Bench is 200lbs at best.
Deadlift is closing in on 405lbs.
GI don’t know how long these people have been training since but I’m no where near these numbers. 17 and been training just in general for a total of 11 months my numbers are in kg if you want to know in pounds just multiply by 2.2. All are done at a gym

I’m 16 right now. I’ve actually kinda been wondering what the average teen competitor lifts. I’m 6’4, weigh 385 lbs. My best one rep maxes so far are Bench:315 (with shit form), Squat: 410, and Deadlift is a bit iffy considering my current one rep max is 405, which I got about two months ago, but about 3 days ago I pulled 395 four times and then rested 30 seconds pulled it again and then rested 30 seconds and pulled it again for a total of six. I’m thinking about 450? Maybe?
Anyhow, I wanted to know if y’all would think I’d do okay at a meet, considering I’m in a very high weight class. I’m trying to lose weight but also don’t want to show up to a meet and be completely humiliated by a dude half my size. I’ve never competed but am interested in powerlifting and strongman. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
For your age you’d do very well. In all honesty it’s your first meet, go in and have fun. It’s a different sport than when I first started competing, but my first meet was when I was 16 back in 2009 and the amount of support I got from the older lifters was pretty amazing.
Don’t worry too much about competition in your first meet. Its a learning experience, focus on yourself. I recommend you go sign up ASAP.
